Napster Injunction Spin

Well, here comes the pundits chance to speak up on everything concerning the Napster decision, and it didn’t take them long. We’ll start with two. Salon says this decision actually hurts the recording industry more than it helps them. Meanwhile, over at SiliconValley.com they’ve taken the (misguided, in my opinion) view that Napster is theft and this decision is a good thing for every moral person in this world.
