I see no TSA master keys in this keychain.

“It is made of medical grade titanium and stainless steel hardware for durability.”
Actually, the “non-medical grades” of titanium, consisting of various alloys of titanium with small amounts of other metals, are more durable. This is the form of ‘titanium’ used in the aerospace industry in applications such as jet and rocket engines and other extreme-service conditions.
Commercially pure (“medical grade”) titanium, rather than industrial grade alloys, is used in surgical implants, not for it’s durability (or lack thereof) but because it is one of the few non-toxic metals and is not rejected by the human body.
That’s not to imply that “medical grade” titanium would be an unsuitable material for this particular application. It’s just that its choice, and the stated reason for that choice, raises some questions.
Re: Re:
Perhaps medical grade was the easy option and thus cheaper? If most of the manufacturing capacity for that scale and precision using it could make sense.
I made one of those with an old Gerber multi-tool about 4 years ago , I should have marketed it lol.
