Growing Up From The Bill & Steve Show

An interesting article in the wake of Rick Belluzzo’s departer from Microsoft about how the company is still trying to “grow up” from being the “Bill & Steve Show”. Both Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer have always found it hard to delegate, and have been trying for years to build a corporate structure that doesn’t rely so much on those two personalities. Unfortunately, it’s unclear if it’s working at all.
