Ireland Joins The 100% Club
Ireland is the latest European country to hit 100 percent mobile penetration. These stories are becoming less and less newsworthy — Ireland’s 100 percent rate is only good for tenth out of the eldest 15 EU member nations, and is 3 points below the EU average. The Irish still have a ways to go, however, to catch Liechtenstein, which has the highest penetration in Europe at 156%.
