The latest of the big struggling companies that has rumors of a possible sale is Ariba. The most likely candidate appears to be IBM. However, others think Siebel is a possibility (why?) or Manugistics. Interestingly, the article quotes someone from Manugistics saying they get approached by 10 to 15 B2B companies a week seeking to get bought.
