Wireless World Update 2002
Wow, we thought we were wireless believers until we read the Wireless World Update 2002 by Rhonda Rohrabacher, self-proclaimed “Rootless Cosmopolitan”. For example she writes, “GPRS goes beyond anything predicted. It has helped spawn the MMS (multimedia messaging service) revolution that has been exploding around the world during this past year and is still all the rage, with no end in site.” Huh? This sounds like something one might write after a Nokia or SonyEricsson press junket, because it is surely not based in reality.
