To be honest, eGroups was one of the companies that I was waiting to hear was laying off people, pulling its IPO, and looking for “strategic possibilities”. I guess, before things got that bad, they found the right buyer in Yahoo!. As Yahoo takes over more and more of the internet they get a little scarier each day…
