At Techdirt, we’ve been careful to keep you up to date on the Sex.com lawsuit, so here’s the latest report from Wired. Apparently, a judge has decided that a domain name is not property which makes it questionable how one could steal it. Not sure of the full details, but it sounds like a silly ruling that could lead to a lot more problems with people stealing domain names.
