I consider this to be credible since this person seems to have been observing congress for a long while.

..Then again I suppose a lot of experts and observers have been wrong before, and it’s not exactly like they’re providing much evidence of the congress majority supporting the idea.
And, this is just me theorizing, but a repeal could maybe be shut down on account of the potential to burden peoples’ first amendment rights heavily.
