This one comes across as just plain weird.
Who exactly is this for? Most “modern professionals” will have OEM Win 11 or a site license. And those who don’t likely have hardware that can’t run this without a lot of (license voiding) hackery.

People who are building their own computer but want the freedom to turn off feature updates that Home doesn’t offer.

That makes some sense; not sure I’d want Win11Pro instead of Win10 or Linux on such a device though.
I was also wondering about VMs, but I’m pretty sure there’s a separate cheaper license for those.
