Where's My All-In-One Device?

News.com has a column talking about why we don’t have all-in-one mobile devices. She says that companies keep announcing them, but they’re only launching in Europe. This isn’t exactly true – of course. The Treo seems pretty close to an all in one. And, there are a bunch of other very similar devices that are coming out very soon. I think this is just typical “get the hype” going, that most tech companies use. Announce a product way before it’s ready, get the interest meter running, and then finally release it.
