MicroStrategy Cutting Back On Benefits

from the pay-for-that-cruise! dept

The downward spiral of MicroStrategy continues. The company was always famous for the way it treated employees, but that appears to be changing as the company seems to be imploding. The latest move is to tell its employees that instead of the annual free cruise that they’ve offered for the past seven years, this year’s cruise will just be subsidized. The company will pay 60% of the costs, rather than the entire bundle. They’ve also suggested that this will be the last year they offer a cruise at all. I guess it’s easy to treat your employees well when you’re misleading the SEC on how much money you’re earning.
