Internet Companies Running Out of Money

A new study suggests that 51 internet companies are going to run out of cash this year and won’t be able to raise the necessary funds to stay in business. Included on the list are CDNow, Peapod, and Drkoop.com. They also mention that Amazon.com has 21 months left.

I love these figures…..
ALL Internet companies…..for the most part…..are all HYPE. Look at amazon, they make….only a few bucks a year….but are worth 500 million or something….THAT is nuts. EBay…psha… Get something like yahoo.com ….worth few billion, where does the money come from? Investors thinking in the FUTURE [no so certain in the computer world] that it will be worth more. Thinking of the next AOL/MS/Ebay or something……
