  ALL polls are designed to reach a particular result! For legitimate pollsters, that result is factual truth. For this bunch of Keystone Krooks the result was what their pals in the industry wanted.

  Here is something I never understood

  and I'm not being facetious, but how does the FCC go about "blocking" a criminal investigation into fraud? Fail to cooperate I could believe...and would expect court ordered supoenea, etc to force cooperation. Its not like they are the DOJ.

  Link Taxes make about as much sense...

  Similar almost happened to me

  was on office phone with my iphone propped on my desk. During conversation I said "Sir, I..." next thing I know my iphone SIRI function is searching for stuff on my iphone. Immediately realised what happened and shut that down fast. Went into settings and they'd reverted during last "update" evidently so had to turn off the SIRI functions again. UGH

  This proposal is "patently offensive"....

  I demand that the entire text be blocked from the internet and if the states leaders want to review it they can pay the $20 per device themselves.

  I just want to build a door from the wet side to the dry side which I can walk through at will. I know you are smart enough to build a single door that will hold back all that water, not let any through when I open it and still work just as well once it is closed again!   A crime is committed, you develop probable cause, you request a warrant, you go get the information you asked to seize in the warrant, you confirm/prove the crime, you go arrest someone.
  
  how they DO NOT WORK...

  Megaload - Seize all his assets and extradite him to the US!
  - If he is convicted (because he can't afford a decent defense after the US seized all his assets) then he was guilty all along
  - If he successfully defends himself....then he's got something else going on so repeat again from the top!

  Aiding & Abetting

  So, given this particular train of logic....all US telephone carriers should be found guilty of aiding & abetting every single drug transaction ever arranged using their network. They provide the technology and even though MOST of the uses are legitimate, they ABSOLUTELY KNOW FOR A FACT that some of their users are committing crimes using their technology. Ipso facto - they are aiding & abetting.
  
  AT&T, VERIZON, etc - go ahead and turn yourselves in at the nearest PD. I'm sure you'll be treated fairly just like MegaUpload has been.
