  It took me about seventeen seconds to locate several romance books on Amazon with the word “Cocky” in their titles which were published before the alleged first use in commerce of the mark by HHP.

  I am so glad that someone else already did that search.

  Someone should tell these anti-vaxxers that acting like a jackass, online or in real life, causes retroactive pediatric Orkett's disease, with a reference to a poorly supported (and clearly fraudulent) paper claiming the same. While this wouldn't stop the anti-vaxxer movement, it might stop them behaving like Phillips.

  Google maps reveals they have a small lake with a dock, and two other smaller lakes/ponds. It's not unreasonable to have some boat/dive equipment. The question I have: is either officer trained to use this equipment? If not that might make the acquisition of this equipment questionable.

  All of them are in the building and construction business. Readers of this site will already be scratching their heads wondering what argument the winery might be making in order to assert that any of this is trademark infringement.

  Caymus Vinyard is building themselves a bad reputation. Hence the confusion with other construction businesses.

  Note that in the UK the term 'garden' is used as the term 'lawn' is used in the US. This only makes it seem a little less crazy.

  Been there. Had a "cheezeborger" or however it's supposed to be spelled. This lawsuit seems as ill considered as going to Billy Goat and ordering a salad and sparkly water. Found this Youtube video with a bit more info on the place.

  Had an affair, tried to hush it up and lied about it. Didn't have an affair, shows himself grossly irresponsible with money by giving over a hundred grand to a stranger for no reason. So monumentally stupid and/or gullible that he can be tricked into just handing that sort of money to someone.

  2 out of 3 isn't bad chances for that kind of payoff- I'm changing my name to Stormy Oblate and going to NYC...

  Question- is everyone that Trump has screwed eligible for a $130k payout? This could have quite an impact on the economy. It could be called Trump's "Grab You by the Stimulus Economic 'Package'".

  I used to have DSL from Verizon. It was ok until Fios went in, then they clearly didn't spend another cent on DSL maintenance. I have Fios now, as do 90% of my neighbors. "Still better than Comcast" seems to be their motto. It's all installed underground here, so haven't had some of the problems experiences elsewhere. The biggest problem I've had is that the connection would die randomly, several times a day, for several minutes. Finally found the problem- their DNS server was offline. Switched everything to use Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and the problem disappeared. Given their record with DSL and Fios maintenance I'm very reluctant to trust them with wireless service.
