  If you have Google Plus, the Data Liberation tool lets you export most of the items concerned. I believe Docs has a sync feature that I'll be looking into as well.

  I've been thinking about how to backup my Google Account for a while now. Do you know of a simple way to do this without manually copying and pasting each individual item?
