What We'll Be Discussing At Techdirt Greenhouse

from the almost-here... dept

Well, the second Techdirt Greenhouse is almost here. At this point we only have about 5 or 6 seats left, so register soon. As promised, though, I wanted to highlight some of the discussion topics. A couple of the presenters have blogged on their own that they'll be presenting. Russ McGuire from Sprint will kick off a discussion on the laws of mobility, while Mark Fletcher (formerly of Bloglines) will be discussing what Web 2.0 companies shouldn't do. Some of the other discussion topics that people will present to be workshopped:

  • How does traditional media play in a world where people are creating their own entertainment online?
  • How do you focus on using technology for "good"?
  • How do you measure innovation?
  • Is there a place for social networks in the enterprise?
And that's just to get things started. As always, it's the discussion groups that make the event, and the folks who are signed up to attend look like another great bunch (just like last time -- many of whom have decided to come back for more). I can't wait to see the discussions that come out of it. If you'd like to come, please register soon, as we will not allow walkup registrations. I look forward to seeing many of you Saturday morning.
