Twice in one day, it seems... First we find out about a new law in Spain that would require people to register with the government before creating a website and now a similar law has shown up in Vietnam. The article also lists various "offenses" that has led to government crackdowns, including someone who translated an article about democracy from the US State Department and posted it online.
