Alan Braverman writes "MasterCard backs off PayPal (or clarifies their position on PayPal)." This is, of course, in response to last week's stories that MasterCard was going to cut off PayPal. MasterCard says that it was all a misinterpretation by the crazy media who had no idea what they were talking about. They added that MasterCard "is not trying to disrupt the internet economy." I hadn't realized that PayPal was the internet economy.
