Not Really 3G

Earlier this week Verizon Wireless launched their Express Network, claiming to be the first 3G network in North America. While they are sticking to the 3G claim, this article does a great job of defining 3G and poinitng out that, while Verizon's technology theoretically meets the definition, the network can only deliver 2.5G speeds today.
