If there was a "Do Not Trespass" sign, wouldn't the police be guilty of trespassing while placing the cameras on the property? If the property owner discovered these cameras on their land are they now their property? If the landowner was to place some sort of tech to trace back to the source of the monitoring and monitor them is that legal?
