Most people do not really understand what plagiarism is. It is NOT just using someone else's material, it is doing it without giving credit and attempting to pass it off as your own. Do the authors mentioned above REALLY meet the definition?
Convicted spammers should be sentenced to work for an open source anti-spam software projet, at minimum wage.
