Musicians? or Record Companies?

I doubt if any musicians will see any money on pre-1972 recordings. Their record companies will though. Anyone who was under 20 in 1972 would be 66 by now, so some of the early rock n rollers might see something. If the record company bothers to inform them.
I'd bet their contracts didn't even include performance rights or electronic media rights.

The list of parameters for a method or procedure. In Java, for example, the name of a method is not the complete identifier for the actual code because there may be more than one method with that name but a different set of parameters, e.g. name(first,last) versus name(first,middle,last) may both be methods that return a name string. Only one of them considers using a middle name or initial. So there are 2 different signatures for the method called name.

He was told what to do and didn't have any options. Maybe the politicians were directing the TSA and telling them what to do and how to do it.

my wife just wrote her first book. We self published it and we are self promoting it. None of the publishing companies wanted to do anything for us. Yet she got a Library Journal review ( hard to get ) for the book. And we have some local colleges interested in using the book for seminars for graduating students. It's all about self promotion and building your ( emphasis on your) network.
