This is just getting ridiculous. I'm going to mount a remote-activated stealth camera in my car just for traffic stops since showing your camera is apparently a felony.
I still don't see what's so hard about someone going "sorry guys, we fucked up." But I guess they have to acknowledge that they fucked up in the first place for that to happen...
I watched the local news channel the other night, and when the sports broadcaster came on for the 10:00 news, he said that he would /like/ to broadcast highlights of the just-finished baseball game, but he couldn't because of the "stupid" rebroadcast rights that the MLB had in place.
Honestly, I think they should keep this hyped up. It keeps people interested. In this economy and with all of the negativity in the world, there needs to be some optimism and excitement to keep the masses sane. :)
I don't see how big organizations like the PPCA expect people to blindly conform to their will and accept these outrageous fees. They had to know that there was at least a possibility of it backfiring...
Any kid with Microsoft Word can use the Find and Replace functionality better than he did... and you would think that someone that was so experienced in the industry would be better at lying. :P
