    You know its bad when....

when the judge tells you that your book sucks.

    "too text heavy"

That brings up another point, what constitute as text heavy? Is it too many words for a judge to read? Do judges read at all? Our lives are in their hands, I hope they take some time to read at least every now and then~

  • Sprint Offers Palm Pre For $100 For A Month, Maybe Two… Then, Oops, Not At All

    Sprint...

I wont even go there with sprint. Verizon has done me very well the past 4 years regardless of what people say. If I had to take a bullet for either one, hands down Verizon>Sprint.

My main gripe is how carriers lock in phones, needs to be one standard and all phones work everywhere. But I live in a fantasy world.

    OMG

From a technicians stand point this is my all dream! Im so tired of people breaking their machines, me fixing them and the next day get a call that its broke again. of course they did nothing, it just happened, like everything else in life just happens cause no one does anything ever!

lol seriously though people are so stupid some training before buying a pc is a must imho.

  • Hollywood Asks FCC For Permission To Break Your DVR Again

    Chucklebutte ( profile ), 03 Sep, 2009 @ 12:34pm

    um...

Try making TV and Movies people actually want to see first, worry about file sharing later. If they made quality like they used to and not just expensive eye candy then id feel better when tossing tons of cash down the tubes for something made on 25 cents worth of plastic....

In the mean time I fully embrace and support file sharing. My question to the studios is, have you ever seen any of the crap you force down our throats? and if you have, do you really think its that good? really?

Last time I checked I didnt pay for shit, if I wanted shit that bad id take a shovel outside and scoop some up.

  • FCC To Study Single Rating System For Movies, Video Games, TV & Music

    Chucklebutte ( profile ), 01 Sep, 2009 @ 12:13pm

    Um...

How about we get rid of ratings altogether? What happened to common sense? You are trying to tell me that with names like Mortal Kombat, Thrill kill, and cant forget Grand Theft Auto that you cant figure out what those titles are about? serious?. Just alone those names would tell me everything I need to know about these games to make a decision if I would buy them for my child or not.

Stop making a parents job easier than people think it is (Its not easy but its definitely fun!) The point is ratings are not very useful or helpful cause lets face it if you want it you gonna get it regardless of how you get it. They also make the package so ugly.

  • Taxi Driver Does Pay What You Want… And It Works

    Chucklebutte ( profile ), 06 Aug, 2009 @ 12:08am

id bet with human guilt, pay what you think is fair model would result in people actually paying more than it would cost normally.

think about taking a "pay what you think" taxi cab with a date, im sure you would shell out more than than the actual cost of a normal taxi ride just not to look like a shmuck.

not to mention how many of us know the exact distance traveled? if you take a taxi the meter is running and you can see it, you know what you need to pay based on the cabs fares. so not knowing this information coupled with guilt, i bet that taxi cab driver does alright.
