Do Not Call List Ruled Illegal

from the so-much-for-that-plan... dept

Excited about the national "Do Not Call" list scheduled to take effect in one week? Don't get too excited. A federal judge in Oklahoma now says the list is illegal and FTC has no authority to create such a list. I'm sure the Direct Marketing Association, who brought the lawsuit, are going to rejoice by calling everyone to gloat (and try to sell you some stuff).
