Ruling Backs Anti-Spam Activist
from the phew dept
That didn't take long at all. Earlier today we had the story of the anti-spam activist who was being sued by a spammer, because the anti-spammer put up contact info for the spammer - leading to others to call him and send him junk snail mail. The judge, though, quickly decided that the website, itself, is not harassment and does not have to be removed. And, of course, there's another positive to this whole story, which is that more people are aware of yet another moron spammer.
