Voting Software Firm Gets Sued
from the oops dept
With all the questions about electronic voting coming up, one of the companies selling such a system probably is not at all happy that one of their former employees is suing them for wrongful termination. The particular issue that probably troubles the firm is that the guy claims he was fired after management repeatedly ignored his pointing out defects in the system that made it not quite as secure as they would like everyone to believe. The guy says he's more concerned about getting the news out that these systems aren't secure rather than getting back at the company for firing him.
