Online Scammer Kept Up Scam From Jail

As someone from the Better Business Bureau pointed out, the following online scammer was either incredibly stupid or he had "kahoonas of steel". It seems that this guy started out pulling at typical online scam on a site that let people list music memorabilia they had. He started responding to just about every ad telling the people he had what they wanted, and requesting that they send the money to him at a Mailboxes Etc. address. They did so, and he (of course) never sent them the goods. Nothing new or special about that. However, then, the guy gets caught and is sent to jail while awaiting trial. From jail, he sent a letter to Mailboxes Etc. asking that they forward his mail directly to jail. That's right, after being arrested, he kept right on scamming from jail. Not surprisingly, it wasn't too long before someone caught on, and now he's agreed to plead guilty and spend 12 years in jail. Of course, that doesn't seem to be any sort of hindrance for him.
