Joe Schmoe writes in with a link to which lawmakers have written the worst "code" (laws) in Washington DC concerning technology legislation. It also looks at campaign contributions they received, though it doesn't clearly indicate who donated what. The list also seems a bit out of date, since it includes politicians no longer in office.
