You, Too, Can Buy Napster
from the bid-now,-or-forever-hold-your-peace dept
If you thought that Bertelsmann had bought up Napster and that was that, you might be missing your opportunity to buy what is now a worthless shell of a company. As part of their bankruptcy filing, the company needs to let others bid on the assets of Napster in hopes of getting more than Bertelsmann is willing to pay. I doubt anyone sees any reason to spend much more money on what is essentially a discredited brand.
