Study Proves That Domain Dispute Process Biased Towards Corporations

Back in December one of the companies that provided arbitrators for domain disputes stopped that part of their business because they said the process unfairly favored corporations. No one seemed to care. Now a study has come out that proves the process favors corporations and still no one wants to do anything to improve the system. It seems pretty clear that when one side can pick who arbitrates the case with no input from the other side, that biased arbitrators will become more popular...
