Dr. Koop LifeCare Finally Pulled Off Life Support
from the amazing-how-long-it-lasted dept
In early 2000 DrKoop.com was the company that started the dot com bust. They were one of the "big names" that were predicted to run out of money by the end of the year. They did the usual thing, and ditched the .com and became Dr. Koop LifeCare and kept riding out the bubble burst. However, the ride couldn't last forever, and they've finally announced they're shutting down.
