Fry's Completes Outpost Deal (Finally)

After quite the dot com soap opera, Fry's has finally completed their purchase of Outpost.com. Now, we just have to wait and see what happens. They claim they're pretty much going to leave it alone, but I don't think anyone really believes that will last very long. I also think it's pretty funny that the Fry's people (known for their awful customer service) talk about Outpost's reputation for great customer service. So, whose customer service reputation will influence the other's more?
