eBay Can Do Nothing Right According To Sellers
from the dissatisfied-bunch dept
It amazes me that no matter what eBay does to try to make their system better, "loyal" eBay sellers get pissed off and threaten to leave. They got pissed off about the auction for America. They got pissed off about a recommendation service. They got pissed off when eBay redesigned. The latest is eBay's new "checkout" system, which actually does appear to be very poorly implemented. However, once again eBay sellers are threatening to leave. With all the threats to leave, it seems a bit odd that eBay continues to meet or beat their estimates each month, and is one dot com that continues to do very well despite the economic downturn in the world around them.
