I Want A Webvan Van

Webvan is auctioning off lots of leftover equipment from their closed down Atlanta operations including over 200 Webvan delivery vans. How cool would it be to own one of those as a symbol of the dot com era? I wonder if they would let you keep the Webvan logo painted on it. Of course, at an expected sale price of $30,000 (which is still less than half of the price Webvan paid) it's still a bit out of my range. Anyway, it's unlikely the sale of such items will raise enough cash to keep Webvan alive much longer, so now is your chance to own a piece of dot com history. If you go to the auction, tell 'em Techdirt sent you.
