NCR Sues Handspring, Palm

NCR is suing Handspring and Palm for apparently violating their patent on a "portable personal terminal" that includes instructions on how to sync it up with another system. This strikes me as a desperation play on the part of NCR. It's not as if NCR has a competing product that Palm and Handspring ripped off with their PDA.
