Since we were just talking about how easily people were fooled by pump-and-dump schemes on message boards, here's an interesting story that explains exactly how one guy ran one of these schemes. What they still don't explain is why so many people immediately assumed that these message board rumors were based in fact, and thus drove a $0.13 stock up over $15.00.
