don't those pearls get all sweaty and dirty from clutching them so hard ? ? ?
Mental wires crossed but for a moment and now I'm stuck with the image of a very angry, and apparently out of shape given the sedentary job and all the sweat, director of vaginal corrections, foaming at the mouth while trying to defend the very serious business he conducts in the execution of his titular duties.
I know we'd all jokingly pass it off as a silly job: "how hard could it be to correct a vagina?" But, could you really blame the school for being so transparently flabbergasted at being called out on its incompetence?
I'd love to see them take this to trial. Copyfraud like this needn't be tolerated nor unpunished. Much like patent trolls, these imbeciles need to be taken to task for what, in MAFIAA-speak, amounts to theft from the public.
I'd say to give this guy a cookie, but you know how after a bite they have a crescent shape and how that kind of looks somewhat near the vicinity of a gun-like silhouet to someone presently or at once alive on some part of a planet somewhere... I don't want him to be arrested for public indecency when his jaw hits the floor.
(/bud) Clearly you haven't been through Lawtey or Waldo in the past three decades.
(That was a city? This is a ticket? I was speeding? You made it through our public schools in less than 30 years? (nope, failed the "jeh-ee eh-deh-ey" four times and ranked through the "akah-demmy"; and "that", otherwise known as open air without a free, court-appointed attorney present, was indeed a "stop sign"))

There are townships in Florida that have lost said "township" status due to this kind of bullshit (AS THEY FUCKING SHOULD HAVE), so this is no surprise.
Perhaps we should give them what they really want: all music ever written, played, recorded, hummed, whistled, thought of, or conjured by the will of Mad Max may only be enjoyed by individual persons in special auditory isolation chambers; only registered "content producers" can participate in "content" synthesis; any gross acts of domestic auditory terrorism, or "violations," with respect to the sampling of said "content" will result in a binding contract of servitude under the discretion of the "content producers" for the natural life of the violator plus one day; and, finally, only current "content producers" may designate another person as allowed to become a "content producer."
/sarc!
Quite frankly, that the cognitive dissonance of making any and every physical expression of human activity a copyrighted asset while maintaining the stance that said actions of the whole of human kind may never be derivative without some kind of permissions transaction has been allowed to fester this long is asinine. It's amazing we've managed to MAFIAA things up so badly.
I agree in that capital gains should be treated no differently than any other income source. Regarding my ire for Warren Buffet, the IRS will happily accept a check. Actions speak louder than words and so far that is all that is proffered: useless rhetoric.
This is exactly why I think Warren Buffet, as any person who would preach his stupidity from such a position of wealth, is a duplicitous jackass. The whole conflation of personal holdings with the rate of income in the political debate over taxation as a solution to "income inequality" only seems to serve those who want to feel good about getting nothing accomplished.
You gotta love how they allow comments and ratings on the latest propaganda videos... oh, wait, what's this? They've blocked ratings and comments? How fucking typical.

I hope you are aware that you are on, and (FYI) freely capable of browsing, a website dedicated to Mike's opinion on the general subject of how technology, law, and creativity intersect. While several users have gone above and beyond by responding to your projected assertions and generally execrable attitude with links to relevant content and some helpful insight as to how their links may help your query, you seem to be hell bent on consuming what little good will the average person is willing to give to passers by in nearly every single one of your responses. Your questions have been answered, if there was ever any baited breath that they wouldn't have been. Perhaps you shouldn't drop in to a conversation with the expectation that your assertions will be granted without question or comment.
Good day.

When is the press conference and stuttering forced apology?
Re: Re: Re: Re:
By that reasoning the Vagina Monologues was a global human rights disaster.

I clicked "like" under duress!
I Can't Even Vicariously Give Cookies Away Anymore

Seeing as how that resembles roughly 2.5% of my current paycheck (~$2k/month), I'm going with NO!
Re: It's a long-time problem
It still is. As is Lawtey.
Real cities of interest.

Well, thank God that chatty assholes will only come in pairs! At least now they'll only look inconsiderate and not insane.

I would rule from the Castle Greyskull.

"President Obama got to spend some time with the heads of the various major film studios"
It must have been cramped in that rectum.
"NSA?s mission is of great value to the Nation"
There they go confusing price and value again...
A Vulgar Display of Power
Suddenly that Pantera album makes too much sense.
