Some states specify the land lord is responsible to see that you have a safe home. You could ask him to get a company to come in to inspect the walls, etc. for any electronics, listening devices, weak areas the may get into your home.
You do not need to tell him about earlier problems since you do not know who is doing it, and maybe a new group got assigned to torment you. Then if you do decide to relocate you have documentation what is happening that you need to move. Might help you get your deposit back and not be ruined over breaking a least if that is necessary.
In my case in one instance it was the landlord who switched my expensive mattress out with one with holes and stains. It looked like a discard from Motel 6 remodel. I had to give notice since there was more theft and my sealed boxes unopened and things taken. Appraiser wrote my mailing address as location where photos taken, a UPS store in a strip mall. No garage there. He will not return any calls. Seems they knew where my car was going. Thief neighbors been in my car at night, seen two heads in car with interior lights on. I am 77 and cannot call corrupt police operating under color of law who protect them.

I have read it is better to have a direct router connection to your computer than WiFi so if you have WiFi as you seem to have then get rid of that WiFi connection. Is not secure and they are now watching you via your WiFi from your camera facing you on your computer, like when on FB etc. Without WiFi they cannot.
Use the USB cord? In the old days that is how we connected computer to internet and they cannot intercept that. It is not expensive to buy and can get all lengths, just has clips like the old phone cords on the ends. May have to consult Geek squad.
I had cameras disabled too when I left. Had Protect America and they had to replace the camera which was disabled and when I took it down it has a bent screw showing they tried to remove it. So then it worked for few days then the camera function went out on my control panel. Read best to get a camera that does not connect to WiFi but to your phone only, once you get off WiFi.
Do not get 5G cell phone. If you can keep the 4G it is safer.
Also use ear fobs and keep phone away from your head, and don't let children use the phone next to head. Saw video that it takes brain two hours to reconfigure after those electronic things are next to the brain.
Your wife needs to support you and not let this weaken your relationship. It should strengthen it. It is real and most families are broken up because they refuse to understand what is happening. She has a group of around a hundred on Tues and Thurs and a new group for new people led by another person on Monday but do not have that number now. She has videos of taped calls on YouTube. Her following is very small compared to the numbers out there being stalked. She helps organize a one year demonstration in DC that coincides with those in other countries where this is happening also. She has a list of phone numbers of people around the country but the numbers are only big in big cities, so finding local support group will take some effort. But don't give up.
Cannot get to her number now as battery on phone is dead but it is on her web site talks.

Let me tell you about my peripheral neuropathy that I got from Lovastatin, medication my doctor prescribed. I have had PN now for nearly nine years, and it is progressing above my ankles now. FYI I am sick of opitate and have applied for the medical marijuana and hope to get approved. I am 77 yo retired registered nurse that worked as a Federally Certified Long Term Care Surveyor and was great at my job and never flinched at doing the right thing. Was not part of the group that turned their head on and off depending on what the puppet master told them to do. Heads of departments friends with the industry. Is not secure and they are now watching you via your WiFi from your camera facing you on your computer, like when on FB etc. Without WiFi they cannot.
Use the USB cord? In the old days that is how we connected computer to internet and they cannot intercept that. It is not expensive to buy and can get all lengths, just has clips like the old phone cords on the ends. May have to consult Geek squad.
I had cameras disabled too when I left. Had Protect America and they had to replace the camera which was disabled and when I took it down it has a bent screw showing they tried to remove it. So then it worked for few days then the camera function went out on my control panel. Read best to get a camera that does not connect to WiFi but to your phone only, once you get off WiFi.
Do not get 5G cell phone. If you can keep the 4G it is safer.
Also use ear fobs and keep phone away from your head, and don't let children use the phone next to head. Saw video that it takes brain two hours to reconfigure after those electronic things are next to the brain.
Your wife needs to support you and not let this weaken your relationship. It should strengthen it. It is real and most families are broken up because they refuse to understand what is happening. I have posted several links to sites today which I rarely do. You will see many similar topics on the side panel of upcoming videos many are very relevant. Alter your routine, do not shop at the same place all the time, and do not be predictable if possible. Generally they do not have hands on or even face to face confrontation unless they are a group that are called street theater when several have been known to get together to taunt you. Just walk away and ignore them, do not reply and act as if they do not exist.
No one believes this crap and I have been living it for too many years. Whistle blower and then victim of theft and can identify the thieves who the police protect causing them to try to find something to get me labeled as MI, as they have other witnesses, kidnapped them to psych units. No kidding. Actual is being done. Houston Police has their own psych hospital so must be happening a lot in many areas. Why else would they have one? Don't want witnesses in regular psych hospital with doctors who might believe they are being kidnapped and are victim/witnesses.

My advice is tell them to go back to their tiddly winks, but that may make them angry. Cannot insult the stupid and evil. They are low life and have nothing better to do with their time when they could be contributing something to the community like go help feed people in a nursing homes cause they are always low staffed at meal time. Not enough help to feed the slow eaters and they slowly lose weight and they need conversation.
So just know you have done something good to be a target. They do not pick on the unruly corrupt. If you believe in God pray and talk to Him and Jesus as they are real and they have sent angels to help many of us at difficult times.

There are people who follow "Ella Free" who has a radio station that you can sign into and ask questions. She has a group of around a hundred on Tues and Thurs and a new group for new people led by another person on Monday but do not have that number now. She has videos of taped calls on YouTube. Her following is very small compared to the numbers out there being stalked. She helps organize a one year demonstration in DC that coincides with those in other countries where this is happening also. She has a list of phone numbers of people around the country but the numbers are only big in big cities, so finding local support group will take some effort. But don't give up.
Cannot get to her number now as battery on phone is dead but it is on her web site talks.
Hope this is of some help initially. Sorry to hear they have found you. They say that only the Godly people get targeted, as we are a threat to the plan to bring down morality and love and religion. Who knows for sure, but this seems to be an extension of MK Ultra that is in linked info above. It is something you need to be careful in discussing, and have heard of terminology than using stalked or targeted. People in general has no idea what is going on around them. Everyone is vulnerable.

I am Judith. A retired registered nurse. Have committed no crimes, although they will try to get you to respond in some fashion they can claim you offended someone. So many laws are selectively enforced. So keep your cool and just try not to respond to them. Turn on your radio. Find some opera they may not like, or just be creative. A religious station might be what they could not stand. You could always get sheets of Styrofoam or whatever to line your wall which would keep the sound down. Not all that expensive. Or maybe move before it escalates and see if it stops. Expensive and not always possible.

This movie posted on the web site I just referenced to this site. It was filmed in 1984. Long before now but predictive of what many legitimate TI's are experiencing.

Let me tell you about my peripheral neuropathy that I got from Lovastatin, medication my doctor prescribed. I have had PN now for nearly nine years, and it is progressing above my ankles now. Extremely painful and have blood factor that designates it is a painful type of neuorpathy, not just numbness and some pin prickles.
FYI I am sick of opitate and have applied for the medical marijuana and hope to get approved. I am 77 yo retired registered nurse that worked as a Federally Certified Long Term Care Surveyor and was great at my job and never flinched at doing the right thing. Was not part of the group that turned their head on and off depending on what the puppet master told them to do. Heads of departments friends with the industry. Best witness the AG ever had as never lost a case when it was yours, my report and my testimony. So get the hell off my back.
