As with all licenses, you will run into that issue.
its up to the 'creator' to research the matreials that they used and make sure that they are not interfeiring
IMHO I hate the term licenses, it makes it seem as if you have no control over anything.
you missed the point, Apple doesn't let anyone touch their hardware or anything that has to relate to an Apple Computer. Where as Google lets you enjoy the best of it.
I like the MS Office Communcations Server, it logs everything if you tell it to, on the server side and on the client side. also has lots of other options for file transfers, video conf, phone conf and more
Dear Parents: Due to yesterday's unscheduled field trip to the Auto wrecking yard, the school bus will be out of commision for 2 weeks. By reading this letter out loud, you have waived any legal responsibilty on our part in perpertuity throughout the universe.
That is not was Apple is, they don't let the user decide at all. Their products are targeted towards the user that doesn't know / care to know how to use something.
I find it amazing that the public doesn't do this more, when i was in the military (even state side) they showed movies that weren't coming out for at least another month or so.
i agree, but the MS fanboys need to be there so that someone can use the OS and test it, or break it. If it werent for the Fanboys, no OS would ever be used the day after it was released.(and by used i mean on a daily basis not just trying it out and saying.. hmm its ok)
