And why don't they get their own site? Domains and basic hosting are cheap these days.

websites are cheap and you control everything. Just be careful of the hosting company.
just got a sales call from a rep at godaddy. I get these every so often asking for longer sales periods for the server plan etc.
I mentioned the jotform problem. No clue. Seriously, none. He would talk to his supervisor to see what is going on.

because they are cheap and have a phone number you can reach directly. A lot of other web hosting companies have email or ticket system only. No phone number is posted anywhere.
As for price - for a holder of a large number of domains, they are still less expensive.
