How many stories have we seen where a virus was distributed by an online ad? No thank you. It is my job as a user to minimize the vectors that malware can creep into my system. Since ad networks have proven to be a vector, it is not only my prerogative, but perhaps my duty as a responsible user, to block them.
First item up for business in the next congress. Pass a law forbidding citizens from contacting their representatives or senators. Because, heck, it must be ok since it's all the way at the end of the first amendment.
You see, the problem here isn't what people believe to be true or not, it's actually copyright. If the original creator of slender man had easy tools to prevent fans from building on his work, then obviously there would be no stories on Creepypasta and as such, none of this would have happened.
We need to immediately improve the copyright industry's control on the internet, for the children.
Ok, that just provided a scary thought. What if it's not GHCQ/NSA have something on those systems. What if they know about something China placed on the chips that GHCQ/NSA know about but don't mention to the public because they are taking advantage of it too, and/or don't stop so as not to tip off to China that they know about it. They may then be destroying those chips because those computers had sensitive info on them at one point and want to prevent that info from being able to be spread by whatever is wrong with those chips?
