I recently heard this story from a local radio station and it was claimed that AA initiated the pullout because of the fees that Expedia was charging. They also stated that Expedia was charging every time an AA flight was viewed outside of the initial search window. Hard to say which side is correct until all the facts become less muddled.
Video has the ability to be accurately reviewed multiple times, what a person sees cannot not be reviewed accurately multiple times. Also he did not take a photo of himself, he took video of security weaknesses, his video was then posted for public viewing. You are attempting to argue a blurry TSA provision, but TSA is not the only governing body. Check also CA state laws (which are admittedly unclear) and local laws.
I have no internet citation, I only have my training to rely on. In counterintelligence and counter-terrorism courses, paid for by the DHS & USN. I sure that if one needed written confirmation, he/she could spend hours scouring the internet or write multiple letters to the DHS and get a reply.
Although in some cases the blame might fall on the customer for insisting on the placement of lines and hookups, it ultimately falls on the installer and his company. I used to remodel historic homes, when I changed any wiring or added wiring, I always used a circuit tester. Aside from that wires behind walls are easy to locate with a wire wand. They can find buried lines and lines in the wall. The Installer should correct the customer if placement is not safe, and the company should stress this in orientation.
BTW, it happens with all installers when they stat to rush; Comcast bought me a very nice new mailbox, after the installer crushed it with his van and he was going forward!
Usre Verizon cripples functions, but ATT used to haved 2 hour customer service wait times, T-mobile has the crappiest plans, ALLTEL has poor coverage area, Sprint is splotchy with service as well and has crappy handsets. So who really is the best? Unless our Gov't steps up nothing is going to happen. It's unfortunately a case of bad capitalism, and it pitifully mirror a caste system in which we're all peons.
