    Yep. USA only. The ads are created such that doctors are put in a position of middleman when their patient confronts them with, "this tv ad says this Rx compound will (put whatever takeaway the patient got from tv ad)". This is crazy in my opinion.

    The text from Manchin's web page: "The See Something, Say Something Online Act would change Section 230 by: Requiring companies to report suspicious activity to law enforcement, similar to the way that banks are required to report suspicious transactions over $10,000 or others that might signal criminal activity. Creating a system similar to the Bank Secrecy Act by authorizing the creation of an office within the Department of Justice (DOJ) to act as the clearinghouse for these reports, similar to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) within the Department of Treasury. Raising the threshold for reporting to serious crimes like illegal drug sales, hate crimes, murder, or terrorism to ensure that users’ privacy remains safe. Requiring that companies must take reasonable steps to prevent or address unlawful activity and can be held liable if they fail to report criminal activity. The See Something, Say Something Online Act is endorsed by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and the Alliance for Safe Online Pharmacies." The bill https://www.manchin.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/see_something_say_something_text.pdf?cb does not track with that statement. What the bill says remove 230 in various ways for various reasons. This is impossible to implement - it is just a method to remove 230.

    1.Enbrel when introduced was powder; add adapter to vial, screw on syringe, slowly depress plunger to fill, swirl to mix, draw into syringe, unscrew from adapter, screw in needle, inject into leg, (I am keeping this simple by omitting usual sterile practice.) One doctor visit to insure everything is understood, NOT every week to doctor - BS is still BS.

    1. No side effects that were life threat.
    2. Enbrel sure click - side effects to stable compound.
    Just wonder why TV ads for expensive Rx is permitted. Stupid ads in USA.

    Mobile 3rd party apps are off

    All 3rd party Twitter apps have to establish wireless connection to Twitter API then Twitter API authorizes. A that is needed to shutdown mobile apps is not allow mobile connect. On my mobile chrome browser Twitter is fine but mobileDOtwitterDOTcom is the definition of torture. I saw one tweet that office in S.F. closed and office furniture is out. Can't find tweet post now (shrug). Seems a handy way to force new deals and do whatever he is doing. I'm not to worried. WORRIED -- Maryland senate Bill revokes concealed carry. I don't have the ability to jump on Annapolis with both feet: MD State coppers would/could have me in irons for ancient reasons (long memory they have). Quiet time for me.

    I knew AT&T would salt the field of quality entertainment on day one. Warner is really a leftover distribution company from broadcast tv and DVDd packaging. It never wanted anything to do with streaming. The biggest loss is Cinemax Studio, yes HBO is/was parent. That studio did one thing well, letting the creators make shows and movies without interference by stupid suits. Question: who watched Banshee? The town where there are not good guys - sex, fight scenes that were really well done, Amish fighting Indians, Ukrainian mob boss daughter in hiding and excon sheriff. Try to get that made now. HBOmax stream is still up. And Showtime - CBS or Paramount?     SEEMS THERE IS A PUSH TO (word)gate anything in game industry. I even watched Netflix Witched: Blood Origins. The terrible fan anything is safe from copyright holders. And the good movie people are drifting over to games. This seems to be a "keep options open for Capcon. Hard to parse game industry. so I relay on others to explain.

    Muscle Cars and EPA/Insurance

    The race (pun intended) to build the car with engines that supply the most horsepower was a marketing plan to increase sales to young adults and it worked. Gasoline was 30 cents a gallon at my sister's BF soon to be hubby gas station/repair. Engines of 427ci, 440ci, and 454ci had big horsepower and could be modified for even more HP if that was your thing. Insurance companies put risk penally on cubic inch/hp above a selected baseline, 350ci & (forgot hp but I think middle 200's). Then EPA did their emissions laws that killed muscle car market. Insurance companies do a lot of number crunching and it is on actual supplied engine cubic inch (cubic centimeter/liter) it is in the VIN #. Not sure how almost MotoGP bikes are handled at consumer retail. There was a stink about kids "crotch rockets" and fatal crashes. Fast forward to wife's Subaru. There is no way I could reverse engineer any of the computer subsystems in that car even though I worked in process control till retirement. No documentation, some hardware embedded in plastic 'black boxes' and the operating system would shut down everything if tampered with. BTW the heated seats switches are next to front right seat. Thanks. The only subscription option is AT&T wifi which I said NO because it can call home. The EV tricks by manufactures will bite them in the ass one day.
