No, censorship is the so-called "right to forget". Google should have turned over all the requests to the court and not done anything until a court-order was received, then appealed each and every one.
.. and they're terrible in predicting repair times ...
... Parts of No. Va. were out today, 11/19/2014, from about 9AM to 6-6:30 PM but on each of 3 phone calls I got the message "we'll be back up in about an hour" from a live person. I game up about 2ish. And at their request, I left a phone number for them to call when it came back up: no call even not 3 hours after restoration !!
Well, maybe, just MAYBE, the govt "idiots" weren't as dense as you might think. They got a win-win result: consumers aren't really hurt (except for the discount) and the really stupid retails have to live with what they asked for.
Not just a beating 1)give them to the CIA for interrogation, 2) sue the [heck] out of them individually for harassment, 3) jail them for child endangerment !!! Include the judge, the "cop", and all the school "admin" involved.
TWC was going downhill before Comcast/NBC bought them and really accelerated its ruin. They don't fix problems with their web site, have about 5 minutes per hour of real weather (rest is E!-like cr*p) and have figured a way to make the "Local on the 8s" graphics look like a 3 year-old's design.
