Maybe something can be non-commercial and non-personal at the same time?
Personal use means just yourself doesn't it? If you have a medical marijuana license, I assume they are for personal use like other prescriptions, does that mean you can share with your friends and your license covers their use as well?
1%'ers own the companies. Everything is done to make them more money. When the company makes more money, it is the 1%'ers raking it in.
Countries can turn this around another way other than flat out refusal. They can counter sue for lost taxes from the corporation as well as all the people they were going to employ for the next two-hundred years or so.
