your grammar hasn't improved at all since i've become aware of your posts. so, considering grammar and your rant 'tone-of-voice', it's very difficult not to perceive you as a 12y/o internet wannabe tough guy. if you like the impression that you make continue, by all means.

when you rely on someone else to protect your rights or interests, you automatically empower them to decide what is in your best interest. this might be the biggest problem the american people face today; a perception of the government that is flawed at the foundation. our government was not set up to protect our interests, it was set up to take care of mundane daily business so the people could pursue life, liberty and happiness. we removed the old government of england for exactly the reason that it decided what was in our best interest and would not be persuaded otherwise. it was a bloody work, and likely will be again when the people finally get tired of the same treatment.
the AC troll wouldn't comment on one of the most insightful responses here....if people understand that GPS may be less accurate than other "analog" measuring devices, but still choose to pay for the service what is the harm? an educated decision made by a free person in a free market is what our economy is all about. government intervention in a situation such as that can add nothing helpful.
yes drug money has been used to fuel terroism. but using our laws in a way they were never intended to be used; ie: thwarting civil liberties, is NOT acceptable even IF it reduced the amount of $$ terrorists received. doing wrong for the overall good has ALWAYS been a losing proposition.
