Vodafone To Buy Vizzavi, Finally
Well it took long enough, but Vodafone has finally announced its intent to buy out Vivendi’s share of Vizzavi. Under new ownership, Vizzavi will become Vodafone’s exclusive portal for mobile devies. With Vizzavi’s failure as a multi-access portal and Vivendi’s dire need for cash, the deal was inevitable. Could a deal for SFR be next?
