Looksmart Raises $60 Million?

It’s April 1st already, and that makes me cautious of any article that I’m not sure I believe. For instance, the Herring is claiming that LookSmart has raised $60 million in its latest round of funding. That’s a hell of a lot. That seems questionable to me, though the rest of the story looks somewhat legit, and it’s got more obvious weight to it than the completely made up company that the Herring wrote about a few years back for April Fools.
